Applications are invited from suitably qualified internal candidates, who meet the following job specifications. Please note that only candidates who meet the inherent requirementsof the position will be considered.
Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the HR function with with filling,department reporting, HR & Payroll Systems, onboarding and offboarding.
Responsibilities Include:
- Filling of hourly employees‘ profiles
- Updating HR KPI matrix boards
- Compiling and Data capturing
- Setting up desciplinary enquiries calendar in liaison with stakeholders
- Facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding for shopfloor staff
- Assisting with screening of job applications
- Assisting in employee orientation and training
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Facilitate for Shop Floor You Talk sessions and take minutes
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Minimum, Degree in Human Resources Management/Labour Laws/ Bcom Accounting
- Minimum two years’ experience in either HR/Administration/Payroll or similar field,
- Prior Experience in Manufacturing Industry will be added advantage,
Mandatory Skills and Knowledge:
- Miscrosoft Office (Word,Excel & PPT)
- Attention to detail
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Undeastanding of customer satisfaction
- Working knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Basic Labour law knowledge
- Health and Safety Awareness
