What You Will Do:
- First point of contact for employees, supervisor/managers on all organisational HR matters.
- Proactively support delivery of HR processes and systems and utilization of HR tools.
- Manage formal employee cases, grievances, disciplinaries, appeals, investigations and resolve workforce conflicts.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- 3 – 5 years of human resource experience.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Effective at dealing with resistance to change
- Self-driven and results oriented.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Verbal/written communication skills needed to train/ coach others.
