HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR – Learning and Development (Grade 11)

Sappi Ngodwana Mill seek to place a suitably qualified HR Administrator for Learning and Development to provide a coordination and administration service to the learning and development department

REPORTING TO the Human Resources Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate all External and Internal training courses such as booking of hotels, training rooms, transmitting information to participants, billing information and pool car bookings
  • Administer all External and Internal training courses
    • Capture attendance records in SAP
    • Perform payments to relevant suppliers
    • Capture Qualifications on SAP
    • Provide certificates and results to the relevant training personnel where applicable
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure that all training are properly planned and coordinated
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and skills development reports
  • Prepare Business Warehouse and BISS Reports
    • Adherence to Individual Development Plan Report.
    • Plan vs Actual – EE Statistics Report
    • Training Hours Report
    • Qualification Report
    • Quality Assurance Report for Mill
  • Ensure employee records comply with relevant procedures for audit purposes
  • Administrator for eLearning portal access and learning requirements
  • Update Sappi Talent Pool Pipeline on Intranet as and when required
  • Maintain employee professional bodies registration register
  • Administer Study Loans and Further Education processes and ensure records are updated
  • Consolidate fixed expenses for Learning and Development Department on a monthly basis

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant Certificate Human Resources Development or equivalent
  • High level of computer skills
  • 3 years’ experience in administration
