Position: Housemother

Overview
Maluti Adventist College invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Housemother.
The incumbent is expected to understand and uphold the philosophy and policies of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, demonstrate leadership, and support the mission of MAC as an Adventist institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support students’ daily life and wellbeing
- Maintain discipline, safety, and orderly dormitory routines
- Provide mentorship and promote spiritual support
- Encourage academic responsibility among students
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the library in accordance with operating hours
- Work collaboratively with staff and administration
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum qualification: High School Certificate (COSC)
- Must be aged 35 years or older
- Must be willing to reside on campus
- Must be willing to work weekends as scheduled
- Must align with the philosophy and values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
