As the school expands, we invite applications from passionate and experienced educators for the following positions:
1. Head of Department (HOD)
Minimum Requirements
- B.Ed or PGCE (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- Minimum 15 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience teaching within the Cambridge Curriculum (Primary Phase or above)
- Strong academic administration and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and team management abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and strategic direction within the department
- Oversee curriculum planning, teaching standards, and assessment practices
- Mentor and support teaching staff to maintain high academic performance
- Monitor learner progress and implement strategies to improve academic outcomes
- Work closely with school leadership to ensure alignment with institutional goals
2. Primary Phase Teachers
Minimum Requirements
- A recognised teaching qualification
- At least 10 years teaching experience (experience with the Cambridge Curriculum will be an advantage)
- Passion for teaching at the Primary Phase level
- Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills
Preferred Subject Areas
Applicants with experience in the following subjects are encouraged to apply:
