HIV & TB Community Systems Strengthening & Stakeholder Engagement Consultant for Development of the Lesotho Funding Request for The Global Fund Cycle 7 (2023 – 2025)
The Lesotho Country Coordinating Mechanism (LCCM) of the Global Fund, with support of UNAIDS seeks the services of a local consultant to lead in national dialogues and consultations for the overall Funding Request for HIV, TB, RSSH and CSS to be submitted to the Global Fund.
The consultant will also form part of a 5- member team that will work with the LCCM in developing the full funding request. The CSS & Stakeholder Engagement Local Consultant will also be responsible for consulting on and developing the community systems strengthening sections of the full funding request.
The CSS & Stakeholder Engagement Local Consultant should possess extensive experience in HIV and TB, specifically working with civil society organisations and strengthening community systems in Lesotho. S/he should also possess a solid knowledge of the health sector in Lesotho. Strong facilitation and report writing skills are also key.
The local consultant is expected to start week of 27 March with the four international consultants joining after the 2nd week of April, with submission of the full funding request on 21 August 2023. The local consultant’s level of effort will be compensated for a total of 50 man- days.
