BroadPath Healthcare Solutions is hiring Medicare Part B Provider Enrollment Analysts to work from home! Provider Enrollment Analysts review, approve, deny or return applications submitted by healthcare providers who are seeking to become a Medicare Part B provider. Analysts closely follow the standards and timelines established by CMS. They work with the providers to get the proper information compiled to complete their applications successfully to become a Medicare Part B provider.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working directly in Medicare Part B Provider Enrollment either for a MAC or a 3rd party contractor
- PECOS experience
- Working knowledge of automated health insurance claims processing or provider file systems
- Sound research, analytical and decision-making skills to appropriately process and resolve complex provider enrollment issues
- Positive attitude and ability work independently, as well as with a team in a work at home environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all provider enrollment data is properly controlled and tracked to ensure applications are approved or denied within standards of timelines established by the department and CMS

- Enter data onto an on-line national database and internal provider files (PECOS)
- Review applications to ensure compliance with appropriate multiple state licensing guidelines
- Research and verify proper fees and inspections have been completed on certain suppliers
