We are in search of 7 newly graduated individuals looking to specialize in the Processing field at one of our Manufacturing sites within Supply Chain.
Programme Duration
- Exposure to supply chain support functions with an emphasis Processing
- Improvement projects and workplace exposure
- Stand in periods for specific job roles
- The business value-chain and core business fundamentals
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification (Degree/BTech) in of the following fields: Chemicall Engineering,
- South African citizen
- Good tertiary academic results
- Computer Literate
- Have the potential to make a positive impact in a challenging environment.
- Highly motivated and a self-manager
- The person should have a strong performance record that can be verified from past tasks and
- assignments
- Be able to effectively interact with persons of diverse backgrounds and education levels.
- Have good analytical and problem resolving capabilities.
Structure:
- An intensive overview of Supply Chain function streams gaining exposure in the dynamic Processing and exposure in challenging and exciting projects.
- Graduates are developed and coached by technical experts in their respective fields.
- A learning journey linked to an Action Learning Project with specific business deliverables.
