NurseDash is expanding its team. Founded in Houston, NurseDash is growing into multiple markets and regions across the country. Our platform empowers nurses by connecting them to per diem shifts. We have a growing client base and are looking to add to our recruiting team.
As a recruiter with NurseDash you will be helping find and educated clinicians about our platform and the benefits.
Responsibilities would include:
- Sourcing leads and talking to candidates
- Tracking Communications and being responsible for meeting your KPI’s
- Dealing with time-sensitive requests and problems.
- On-Boarding support for clients.
- Helping grow our customer base through day to day delivery on our customer promise.
- Occasionally attending events as a representative of the company
