Job Purpose
✔️ Develop, implement, and drive the RES strategy for Lesotho in order to enable the achievement of the Standard Lesotho Bank overall business strategy and goals, while ensuring alignment with the Group’s RES strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
✔️Bachelor’s degree or higher certificate in Real Estates or related field.
✔️Certification in Projects Management
✔️ Business Management Certification will be an added advantage
✔️ At least 7 years’ large corporate Real Estate management experience
✔️ Financial Services experience a distinct advantage
✔️ Experience in working in multi-discipline teams
✔️ Project management experience
✔️ Contractor and vendor management
✔️ Budget and cost management
