Head Operations
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The position will be on a Five(5) years performance-based contract and is tenable at the LEC Headquarters in Maseru and the incumbent will report to the Managing Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Masters, Post Graduate Diploma, Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• An MBA is highly advantageous.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 10-15 years of industry experience within energy or power utilities.
• Minimum 5 years of senior-level managerial experience.
• Familiar with Renewable Energy Project Development.
• Sound technical knowledge of the power generation sector and utility plant operations.
• Experience in project management
