Enko Education is a fast-growing network of African international schools, increasing access to the world’s best universities for learners across Africa.
Enko Education has developed an innovative model. Our programmes lead to globally recognised and sought after qualifications. Enko Education in Lesotho
The school in Maseru will be the very first school of Enko Education in Lesotho. This secondary school, opening in January 2023, will be offering the Cambridge program (Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE, A-level) and targeting approximately 350 students in the first years.
The Head of School role at Enko Education
As a Head of School, you will have overall responsibility for a campus’ educational and financial outcomes in one of Enko Education’s countries of operation. You will set up, operate and continuously improve all aspects of the school including, but not limited to learning and teaching, finance, operations, and student recruitment, in line with the group’s Standards & Practices and the Enko Culture.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Implement the Enko Education Model as defined in our reference documents and (including those of our academic partners -IB, CAIE, … and local regulators)
- Lead the school through international accreditation / re-accreditation processes (IB, CAIE, national regulations, etc.)
- Achieve the school’s educational objectives in line with the group’s objectives
- Build an outstanding team: recruit, develop, retain the highest quality national teaching & non-teaching staff
- Grow the school and achieve student recruitment and financial objectives; Manage the school’s P&L – lead the school towards and/or maintain positive EBITDA
- Develop strategies for the generation of additional revenues
- Ensure parent and student satisfaction
- Contribute to improving the Enko model and developing our network in Africa

Relocation
We will help the selected candidate to relocate. Benefits include housing, transportation, annual flight home, tuition remission for candidates’ children at our school, medical aid, and a settling-in allowance.
