An opportunity exists to join this Investor in People Company in the above capacity. Metropolitan Lesotho is a wholly owned subsidiary of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings, a company registered on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual in the position of Head of Human Capital based in Maseru, Lesotho. The incumbent will report directly to the Managing Director.
- Purpose of the Role
- To act as strategic business partner in formulating, developing and executing business strategies & plans to meet business objectives from a Human Capital perspective.
- Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develop and implement Human Capital Strategic Plans in line with the company-wide strategy.
- Establish Talent Management strategies, systems, and processes.
- Initiate and review Remuneration and Retention strategies.
- Develop and direct execution of Performance Management process.
- Manages all resources allocated to the department including preparation and monitoring of Human Capital Budget.
- Oversee governance of Human Capital processes.
- Provide analytics on people matters with clear translation into business drivers and impact thereof.
- Develop strategies and systems to address Staff Welfare issues.
- Identify, develop and monitor culture-turn around strategies to create an enabling environment which supports high performance, employee engagement and employee satisfaction.
- Lead Organizational Planning and Design process in line with organisational structure including reviewing job profiles and responsibilities to achieve efficiencies.
- Advice and guide business unit decision makers on people practices.
- Effectively manage Support Services function i.e Drivers, Facilities, and 3rd Parties
