SafeGraph is bringing on a Head of Government to lead our government business. You will develop a go-to-market strategy to grow and shape our government technology business, leading both partnerships and direct sales efforts. SafeGraph geospatial datasets power innovation across many agencies — use cases range from tracking economic development to natural disaster recovery plans. This is a complex sales process involving sophisticated buyers– these data scientists and data engineers tend to trust salespeople who deeply understand the value and challenge of their unique work.

About you:

  • 5+ years experience in government sales, with 3+ years successful track record selling SaaS or data
  • Proven track record of large-scale enterprise sales to US government institutions
  • Some start-up experience
  • Have a go-getter attitude and walk through walls
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity
  • At least 80% of the people you have worked with put you in the top 10% of people they have worked with
