Head of Customer Experience at LEC

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The position will be on a Five (5) years performance-based contract and is tenable at the LEC Headquarters in Maseru and the incumbent will report to the Managing Director.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Master in Business Administration (MBA), Customer Services, and Marketing Management.
• Post Graduate Diploma and/or Honours in Business Administration, Business Management, Customer Services, and Marketing Management.

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 10-15 years of working experience (preferably in a Customer Service environment).
• 5 years of Leadership experience (preferably leading a Customer Service team).
