Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The position will be on a Five (5) years performance-based contract and is tenable at the LEC Headquarters in Maseru and the incumbent will report to the Managing Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Masters in Business Management, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, and Facilities Management.
• Post Graduate Diploma and/or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, and Facilities Management.
EXPERIENCE
• At least 10-15 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience managing corporate support
operations in dynamic organizations and in a management capacity.
• System development, implementation, and review experience.
• Experience in implementing and sustaining system change within an organization and across a variety of staff positions, disciplines, and skills.
• Extensive experience in delivering organizational efficiency.

• Policy reviews and Implementation.
• Effective and Efficient Human Resource Management.
• Reporting, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
• Facilities Management.
