Head Client Regulatory Services, CIB – CIB Operations
Job Purpose
📃 To lead and deliver compliance of Standard Lesotho Bank CIB Operations activities in adherence to governance and regulatory documents including agreements, policies, regulations and laws to protect and enhance the bank’s payments operations compliance. Partner with business units in clients engagements to provide the needed advisory to both the business and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
📃 Degree in Law, BCom Law
📃 Post Graduate Certificate in Economics, Finance, Banking
📃 Certificate: Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Senior Leadership and Relationship Management,
📃 5-8 Years Expert in banking regulatory and compliance experience with
advanced technical experience in KYC, AML and comprehension of risk.
📃 Advanced understanding of payments processing and Swift messaging.
📃 Expert general client onboarding and regulatory compliance capability with advanced technical experience.
📃 Client and Regulatory relationship management experience preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships to mitigate risk.
📃 Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and apply complex regulatory guidelines and requirements.
📃 Technology and data proficiency specifically on payments systems for reporting and compliance to data privacy rules.
📃 Experience leading people and working in financial industry particularly in roles related to payments compliance.
