Description
We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and enthusiastic Head Chef with a strong passion for hospitality and food. The successful candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and operational excellence to our growing hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day kitchen operations
- Lead conferencing & banqueting services
- Coordinate outside catering and restaurant operations
- Develop and implement menus tailored to client needs
- Manage food costing, budgeting, and inventory control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong background in conferencing, banqueting, and catering
- Proficient in menu planning and development
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Passionate about food quality and customer satisfaction
- Willingness to relocate to Lesotho
