VACANCY FOR HEAD CHEF:
Global Guest House is looking for a qualified full time head Chef.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Culinary Degree or diploma.
– 3+ Years working experience as a head chef.
QUALITIES:
– Creativity: The head Chef should have the ability to design menus and dishes.
Culinary knowledge: Chef should have the ability to prepare food and ensure it meets high standards.
– Physical Stamina: The ability to work long hours and lift heavy objects.
– Sense of taste: The ability to taste and evaluate food quality.
RESPONSIBILITY:
– Planning Menus.
Overseeing the kitchen Staff.
Ensuring food quality and presentation.
– Managing inventory.
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Working flexible hours, including evening and weekends.
