About the Role
City Pride Guesthouse is seeking a passionate, skilled, and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team with creativity, excellence, and pride. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 years of proven culinary experience
✅ Strong leadership in kitchen operations
✅ High standards of hygiene and food presentation
✅ Ability to manage kitchen staff and stock efficiently
✅ Male candidates only (as per employer’s specification)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen operations
- Plan and execute high-quality meals
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Manage inventory and kitchen supplies
- Train and guide kitchen staff
- Innovate and improve menu offerings
