SUMMARY JOB PURPOSE
- To take full responsibility for the profitable operation of the Food Department and ensuring that a courteous and efficient service is provided.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary & Hospitality management.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a similar role.
