Position Summary
The HCM Business Partner is responsible for providing value-added Human Capital Management (HCM) services through strong partnerships with business units to achieve high organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Unit Heads to support and execute relevant HCM agenda and People Strategy
- Represent HCM at business level by advising on HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Collect business requirements, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support all business unit projects with change management to ensure successful implementation
Qualifications & Experience
Option 1:
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Plus 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field
Option 2:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Plus 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field
