Frontdesk LLC is hiring for a Procurement Specialist to help the company enter new markets. The Procurement Specialist is an administrative, detail-oriented role, and supports the Development team on a daily basis. The ideal candidate has a self-starting mentality, is consistent and reliable when it comes to deadlines, and takes pride in being a valuable member of a team.About the job:
This position is perfect for someone who wants the opportunity to work from home. Your primary responsibilities will be purchasing and procurement, account set up, and other tasks required for every new project. In this role, you would be required to respond within 5 minutes for urgent matters, and 1 hour for non-urgent issues. This role will report to the Director of Development, and works directly with project managers, interior designers, and several other team members.

Requirements:
- Remote job experience preferred, relevant experience required
- Must be highly self-motivated and prepared to work from home
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must have outstanding organizational skills
- Must have access to a computer with a reliable internet connection and experience using a smart phone/mobile apps
- Responsive via email, text, and Slack
- Experience with Slack (preferred)
- Experience with Google Drive (required)
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative role (required)
Compensation and Benefits:
- $13/hr starting pay
- Benefits may be available, if consistently meeting minimum hourly requirements
