HigherMe is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager!

HigherMe is a growing software company that helps restaurants find and hire great talent.  Restaurants of the world’s top brands such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Domino’s, Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, and many others, use HigherMe every day!

This is a broad role, in that we expect:

Execution – We’re a team of 30, and growing! We need someone that’s ready and excited to roll their sleeves up and do the work necessary to actually execute on all of the great ideas we’ll come up with together.

Leadership – We plan to double in size again over the next year, and so we need someone that’s ready to provide strong leadership to a growing marketing team – while still executing individually as we build the team up.

Strategic Thinking – Decisions made by this role will directly impact the future of our company. We’re ready to provide a lot of trust and autonomy to the right candidate.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Your main goal, and performance metric is to generate Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads (MQLs, SQLs) for our sales team
  • We have several years of data and historical content to draw from, and the main channels you will focus on will be:
    • Social media (primarily LinkedIn)
    • Webinars/ events
    • Trade shows (field marketing)
    • Sales enablement (preparing materials and decks)
    • Manage SEO/SEM/content contractors
    • Content marketing
    • Branding
    • Review channel management

A great candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience marketing to restaurant/retail/QSR/franchise customers
  • 1+ years of experience – even 20 years ago! – working directly in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Previous experience marketing technology products – specifically SaaS – a plus
  • HR experience may be helpful, though we do want to think outside of the box as well!
  • A data-driven mentality. Test often, measure always.
  • A deep understanding of what it takes to create an inbound sales funnel.
  • A growth mindset in the startup world, and an appreciation for the wonderful, terrible, awesome, awful experience that is startup life.
