GROUNDSMAN POST
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Groundsman
tenable at Maluti Adventist College (MAC) under the direct supervision of the Administrator.
Job Description
The Groundsman shall be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of MAC outdoor
spaces by:
- Mowing, watering, and fertilizing lawns
- Planting, trimming, mulching and fertilizing ĉowers, shrubs and trees.
- Cleaning and painting benches, poles and signs.
- 9eeping facilities and surrounding areas free from trash, litter, debris and weeds.
- Any other duties that may assigned by supervisor
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
Must be an individual who is conversant with the Seventh-day Adventist philosophy and values.
Must be proactive, open to new ideas and a team player.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• CHSC with one year experience in landscaping
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and eÙuipment safely and eąectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
SALARY GRADE: A
