Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Maseru District, Lesotho. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content for various platforms, engaging in brainstorming sessions, collaborating with the marketing team, and adhering to brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, illustrations, logos, and promotional materials, as well as ensuring consistency in visual communication and staying updated with the latest design trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, colour theory, and typography
- Experience in creating digital and print materials
- Ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus
