Duties and Responsibilities
The interested candidate will:
Contribute with creative ideas to reach and engage different audiences;
Conceptualize and create digital communication products for different digital platforms in English, and Sesotho, including videos and infographics;
Propose and update designs for corporate promotional products;
Provide overall graphic design support to the Digital team.

Core competencies:
Demonstrates integrity by modeling the Osmium’s values and ethical standards;
Promotes the vision, mission, and strategic goals of Osmium;
Functional Competencies:
Proficient in main graphic design and photo editing software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
Ability to convert complex and abstract ideas into simple visual concepts.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Familiarity with main social media platforms
