Internship Overview
We are looking for a creative and eager-to-learn Graphic Design and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain high-level, hands-on experience by supporting the corporate marketing function. You will report directly to the Group Head of Corporate Services, giving you exposure to strategic business operations while you create visual content that educates, engages, and promotes health awareness across Lesotho.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or current student seeking to build a strong, professional portfolio while contributing to a company that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design (Primary Focus)
• Design & Create: Develop a wide range of on-brand visual materials for both our wholesale and retail operations, including:
o Digital Graphics: Social media content (Facebook, Instagram), email newsletters, website banners, and digital ads.
o Print Collateral: In-store promotional flyers, posters, product catalogues for wholesale clients, brochures on health topics (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), and event banners.
o Corporate & Sales Materials: Presentations for senior management and the sales team, formatted reports, and corporate identity materials.
• Brand Guardian: Ensure all designs consistently reflect the Supercare Health brand identity, values, and professional standards across all touchpoints.
• Photo & Image Management: Take and edit product photos, create simple infographics to explain health information, and source appropriate stock imagery.
Marketing & Corporate Support
• Social Media Assistance: Support the Corporate Services team in scheduling posts, drafting engaging captions in both English and Sesotho, and monitoring community engagement.
• Campaign Execution: Provide design and logistical support for corporate campaigns, such as “Winter Wellness Drives,” “Vaccination Awareness,” or ” loyalty program promotions.”
• Content Development: Help write clear and compelling copy for product descriptions, internal communications, and promotional materials.
• Administrative Support: Provide general design and administrative support to the Corporate Services department as directed.

Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for someone who has:
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or currently pursuing one (final year of study).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, a good eye for layout, typography, and colour. • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Sesotho is a significant advantage. • A self-starter attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • A professional demeanour and the ability to support senior-level management. Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):
• Basic skills in video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva Video). • Experience with social media management.
• A personal interest in community health, wellness, and education.
