GRADUATE TRAINEES: Technology & Operations
Standard Lesotho Bank is looking for game changers in the field of Technology and Operations, for the design and development of digital solutions that address customer
requirements.
The incumbents must:
– Ensure that all digital platforms are available 24/7
– Implement and guarantee the security controls of the Digital Channels and -Customer Data
– Ensure that the bank is compliant with regulatory requirements
– Collaboration with Business, to understand and address their requirements is key
– Possess development and automation skills to automate and optimize processes
Preferred Qualification:
– Minimum degree in (BSc Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering) or any computer-related degree
Experience:
– Understand integration (APIs)
– Database management (preferred: Oracle, PostgreSQL and MS SQL)
– Understand Unix/Linux environment
– Understanding of Agile Framework
– Development and Automation skills
– Cloud technical skills will be added advantage
