Job Purpose
The Behavioural Economics graduate will operate across functions (Analytics, Digital, Product, Marketing, Channel) leveraging behavioural insights to design nudges that shape customer behaviour in a way that generates commercial value to the Bank.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- You will responsible for researching, collating and recommending global best-practice behavioural case studies from industry and academia, which in turn guide the design and development of new initiatives, implemented through multi-disciplinary teams and regular experimentation.
- You will be focusing on full spectrum of business segments services and initiatives span across financial wellbeing, customer outcomes such as improving savings rates and credit performance, and internal productivity.
- You willl be constructing a behavioural intervention, from design to execution and further manage and measure key experimentations.
- Identifying new opportunities, researching the latest methods and sourcing behavioural insights from customers, designing, monitoring and measuring experiments and working across functions to implement and scale feasible projects.
- Keeping up to date on best practice, you also get the opportunity to present your insights and results to a broad range of stakeholders.
Preferred Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Economics, Behavioural Finance, Sociology, Psychology, Neuroscience, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Honours or Masters will be an added advantage
- A proven record of academic excellence
Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise
- Practical academic experience in application and web development. Structured and Unstructured Query languages e.g. SQL, Python, C#, Java, C++, HTML
