Position Title: Graduate: Sales and Marketing
Volvo Group Southern Africa provides a Graduate internship opportunity in the following area: UD Trucks Sales & Marketing. This internship is situated in Rosslyn.
Reporting: This role will report to the Product Manager
The successful candidate will have exposure to the following areas through providing administrative assistance to our Sales & Marketing team. Provide backup for our sales team in a timeous and effective manner to ensure that sales targets are met.

- Accurate introduction and tracking of Kuzer vehicles into UDCS and Syspro system

Follow-up and check on vehicles in stock yard.

Follow up on all outstanding information.

Assist with Kuzer vehicle invoicing and payments

Coding / loading of supplier invoices onto SAP.

General assistance within the Sales Support Team, as required.
