To provide support to the Legal Department with all administrative, legal and company secretarial functions.

Legal Internship:
Assist Head of Legal with Company Secretarial functions Run research as need from time to time Draft documents, make submissions and fulfil other tasks related to the legal work in the company Maintain the database of legal precedents and templates Assist the Head of Legal in her work and perform other tasks, as determined by her from time to time
Other Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating Board and Committee packs Conduct training on legal issues for profit centres room Promote legal compliance and liaise with the Compliance Officer on compliance issues

Good organisational ability
Computer literacy (Basic)
Business Communication skills
People Skills
Attention to detail
Corporate and/or Insurance Law experience, advantageous

Legal degree
