Scholarship Offer from the Government of the Republic of Serbia
Academic Year 2026/2027
The Government of the Republic of Serbia is offering a scholarship opportunity for the academic year 2026/2027 to students from member states and observer states of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a citizen of a member state or observer state of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM)
- Must be within the following age limits:
- Up to 21 years old for undergraduate studies
- Up to 25 years old for Master’s degree studies
- Up to 35 years old for doctoral academic studies
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship includes:
- Free preparatory Serbian language course upon arrival in the Republic of Serbia
- Free tuition fees
- Monthly stipend of RSD 18,000.00
- Free accommodation and meals
- Voluntary healthcare insurance
Scholarship Exclusions
The scholarship does not cover:
- Travel expenses to and from the Republic of Serbia
- Public city transportation costs within Serbia
- Costs of textbooks and study materials
- Examination registration fees and other administrative charges required by higher education institutions
- Administrative fees related to temporary residence procedures and issuance of a biometric residence card under the Ministry of Internal Affairs
