GENERAL MANAGER
Job Description & Responsibilities are as follows but not limited:
Oversee operational business planning, procedures, programs, practices, and administrative functions.
Work across all functional departments with leaders/managers for achieving company long term growth and profitability.
Possess industry knowledge to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance throughout operations.
Maintain cost-efficiencies across all departments.
Provide coaching and mentoring to all line employees.
Create a positive working environment and recommend training and development of the entire team.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Job Requirements:
Must have a university degree in BSc in Agriculture, Horticulture, or equivalent qualification.
Must be a Lesotho citizen.
Must have at least 7-10 years’ operations experience, 5 of which served in a senior role.
Experience in medicinal cannabis operations will be an added advantage.
Proven track record in project management.
Must be dependable, good organizational skills, good communication skills and presentation skills.
Must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
