Please note that this is a 12-month contract role.
The Key Responsibilities Of This Position Includes
- Demonstrated HR/Mobility experience
- Qualification in Human Resources or Mobility Specialty is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of the assignment life cycle
- Understanding of international payroll matters, immigration processes, tax and vendor management of third-party stakeholders
- Previous experience with host country assignment conditions in Europe and the Middle East is desirable
- Operational experience with AssignmentPro an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and exercise initiative to ensure an efficient and quality level of service
- Demonstrated understanding of the nature and life cycle of the project environment
- Strong client focus with demonstrated confidentiality and client service
