Position: Gift Shop Assistant – Trainee

About the Role:
Moments Giftery is seeking a trustworthy and efficient Gift Shop Assistant Trainee to support daily operations and help ensure smooth client service and logistics. If you are organized, dependable, and ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations and general management of the gift shop
- Help customers select appropriate gifts based on their needs or occasions
- Track client orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment
- Coordinate and ensure efficient pick-up and delivery of orders
- Procure necessary stock and supplies for gift curation
Requirements:
- Highly confidential and trustworthy
- Well-organized and able to manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in or near Sekamaneng, Naleli, Koalabata, or Khubetsoana
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
