Position: General Worker x4
Supa Quick was founded in 1986. Back then, Supa Quick stores were licensed dealerships selling batteries and tyres. In 1989, it was decided that the business model would evolve into a full business format franchise and by 1991, Supa Quick had become a fully-fledged, quick fitment automotive centre. In 2023, Supa Quick expanded to Lesotho to meet the needs of the nation with the best fitment center in the country.
JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to ensure tyre fitting and performing wheel alignment issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspecting tyres.
• Repairing, replacing, balancing and fitting vehicle tyres, rims and other car accessories.
• Performing tyre diagnostics.
• Assisting customers to choose products that meet their requirements.
• Inspecting tyres for wear patterns, damage and other issues to determine necessary repairs or replacement.
• Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and safe.
• Maintaining proper service of all service tools and equipment
• Performing roadside assistance to customers.
• Providing customer service.
• Checking and adjusting tyre pressure to manufacture specifications.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
EDUCATION
• COSC/LGCSE
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Drivers’ license
• Knowledge in tyre fitting and maintanance
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Proven two years working experience at a tyre workshop.
