REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of accounting principles and business studies
• Ability to develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and interpret financial statements
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams, foster a positive organisational culture, and develop staff
• Computer literacy
• Experience in lending will be an added advantage
