Game Artist

Position

As a Game Artist remote or on-site at SOFTGAMES you will be part of small agile team. You will work very closely with a game designer and a developer on new Hyper Casual Mobile Games.

You will be fully in charge of conceptualizing and implementing any art, game visuals, UI and animations of this new game. You embrace typical technical constraints of the genre and you are familiar with game development. Development cycles in this area a very short (3 months or even shorter)

This is an optional remote position. No relocation to Berlin necessary – but we will support if you want to move here.

**Qualified applicants will be expected to complete a graphics test before the initial interview.

Your role:

• Take ownership in visual designs, animations and art of your game from concept stage to implementation
• Team up and collaborate and iterate very closely with your game designer and your developer
• Demonstrate creativity and adaptability

Your profile:

• A strong mobile games background 2+ years experience
• Broad talent stack including UI, game pieces and game animations
• Passion for mobile games
• Excellent eye for detail and what it takes to create world leading mobile games
• Solid English, strong communication and visual presentation skills
• PLUS: if you have shipped Hyper casual games before
