Gather and consolidate intelligence on a range of opportunities including grants, contracts and consultancies. Identify and engage with potential partners and suppliers to pre-position for opportunities. Coordinate and support bid teams within Frontline AIDS and with partners to develop competitive proposals and tenders. Work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels across the organisation, and with Frontline AIDS civil society partners.
Track new donor policies, political changes, and funding trends for each assigned donor with a view to identifying areas of common interest and potential for funding discussions and proposals in support of the Frontline AIDS Global Plan of Action. Donors will include US, UK and European government agencies, multilateral agencies, and other key financing agencies.
You will be responsible for day-to-day management of Frontline AIDS’ consultant database including ensuring records are up to date and GDPR related data protection principles are followed. With support from the Lead: Technical Assistance you will identify technical growth areas and coordinate the recruitment of new consultants to expand the database.
