Responsibilities
- Discovery Research / Product Idea Generation
- Market Analysis: Work with members from R&D, Pricing Management and Supply Chain to evaluate market opportunities
- Product Conceptual Development

Required Qualifications
- You are an Expert in Your Specialty or have very intimate knowledge of a strong physical goods category. This could be anything from Woodworking Tools to LED Lighting, Fasteners or even Tractor & Heavy Equipment Parts. Whatever your thing is, you are exceptionally well versed in it. You know users, known brands, strengths, weaknesses and most importantly, what people want but are not getting.
- You have ideas! You look at a product and often say that it would be great if it could do “x”… or you often hear others saying what they find lacking and you know what they really want or need.
