Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area
Are you someone who can
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and regulations.
- Validate invoices and insurance documents before disbursement.
- Execute payouts to customers, or dealers as applicable.
- Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Generate reports on fulfilment status, disbursements, and pending items.
- Provide updates and resolve fulfilment-related issues promptly.
- Reconcile WesBank office account.
- Manage WesBank book (receipts and reversals).
- Monthly Reconciliations.
- Run day-end and month-end reports.
- Issue loan amortization and bill clients.
- Month end upload: Wesbank maintenance.
- Open contingent liability accounts.
- Capture and track covenants and special conditions.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have a degree in Bachelor in Business Management, Administration, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
- Have 1 -3 years of experience a similar environment.
