Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in Retail Management
Professional Expertise
- Stock Management: Implement strategies to control inventory, maintain stock levels, and minimise losses
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legislation and internal risk standards
- Financial Management: Manage cash flow, oversee financial transactions, and maintain profitability
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
