- BSc/BA in design, visual arts, graphic design, or relevant field; MSc/MA/MFA is preferred. A minimum of 12 years of related creative services experience.
- Proven experience as a creative strategist or in a similar creative role at an agency.
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, messaging and brand development.
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Experience managing creative and marketing professionals.
- The ability to work independently of any direct supervision.
- Superior written, verbal, listening, and presentation communication skills, excellent organization, initiative and follow-through, and flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and conditions.
- Excellent client service skills and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Being a collaborative, team member, who can partner with colleagues and our clients to identify and resolve creative challenges.
