What You’ll Do
Using our proprietary methodologies, you will work hand in hand with job seekers to craft their new resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. We provide all of the tools and support you need to be a successful writer along with daily support from the company founder senior writers!
Who You Are
- An exceptional writer and compassionate listener
- Adept in selling your services to potential clients.
- An established professional with at least 6 years of experience in any field
- Detail-obsessed with a passion for helping others reach their goals
- Excellent common sense and problem-solving capability
- Strong and empathetic communicator and collaborator
- Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Self-starter with superb time management and organization skills
- Marketing and prospecting for clients through mutual social media outlets
- Solid understanding of various industries and job functions included but not limited to entry-level, technical, professional, and executive roles
- Knowledge of various resume formats, ATS capabilities/software and the ability to determine the best formats for each individual personality and career path
- Certification from one of the major career organizations (NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS etc.) a plus but not required
- Best in class customer service

Role Requirements
- Unlimited access to the Internet and a computer with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have an established LinkedIn Profile with 200+ connections, recommendations, and charismatic presence.
- Monthly Membership not covered by the company for client leads.
- Prospecting for clients, minimal sales required.
