𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘:
Assist Production Management with production activities. Supervises formulation processes. Works closely with R&D.
𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐃𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
To oversee the following:
- Hands on instruction and machine operation to all production operators.
- Ensure that all team members have the correct PPE, as governed by the respective SOP.
- Verification of the manufacturing records.
- Coordinating and supervising the Formulation of all Cannabis products to be manufactured at the MG Health Facility.
- The flow of all formulation production lines.
- Training Junior staff on the Formulations Processes and completing their On The Job Training Records.
Ensures that:
- All Formulations staff have SOP training.
- A safe and clean environment is maintained at all times while abiding by cGMP guidelines.
- All daily production documentation is completed according to the relevant SOP.
- Ensure all Log Books, spreadsheets, and other forms used have full traceability and data integrity.
- All consumables required are available, in a timely manner.
- Resources (personnel) are appropriately managed to allow for a streamlined formulation operation.
- Labelling is available in advance.
- Packaging is available in advance.
- Production targets are met while abiding by regulatory standards and specifications.
To communicate:
- All safety instructions to the team for which they are responsible.
- All deviations with the Production Management.
- To complete ongoing training stipulated by the Production Management.
- Deputises for the Extraction Supervisor in their absence.
- Perform any other reasonable duty as requested by Management from time to time.
Note: Ongoing training stipulated by the Production Management shall be completed. Any other reasonable duty as requested by Management from time to time shall be completed.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒:
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Graduate Degree, preferably BSc Chemical Technology, with at least 6 months experience in Formulations and Cold Ethanol Extraction (CEE).
- This position requires a strong Mathematical aptitude.
Note: At times one is required to stand for several hours. This position does require the individual to lift 10 – 15 kg.
