Forensic Audit of the Pharmacy
Scott Hospital is a health facility of the LECSA church situated at Morija aiming to render top quality and holistic health care to patients from surrounding communities and referring health facilities. Scott Hospital has different departments which include nursing, administration and medical. Under medical department, there is a pharmacy unit which is responsible for pharmaceuticals. The hospital is seeking the services of experienced consultants to provide forensic audit service of the pharmacy.
Interested consultants are expected to submit their proposals with the following items:
- Company profile
- Relevant experience in the field of forensic audit
- Reference letters from at least 3 clients that they have provided similar service
- Proof of registration with appropriate bodies
Terms of reference, questions and clarifications will be obtained from Scott Hospital during office hours 08:00am to 16:30pm.
Proposals must be submitted on or before 15 September 2023 by 12:00 noon, clearly marked “Forensic Audit of the Pharmacy”:
