Position Overview

This role is to support the finance planning process, to develop decision support models, tools, and frameworks needed to execute business requirements and strategies. Use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to assist in creation of business plan, collaborating across the Africa Organization Unit.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Support Coca-Cola P&L and Scenario Planning within the Africa Organization Unit , including:

  • Scenario Planning Modelling, contingency, what if?

  • Contingency plans

  • Risk Mitigation

  • Review and analyze Financial data (Actual Results, Rolling Estimate, Business Plan, Brand Contribution, Economic Profit, etc.).

  • Generate insights for 3-year Business Plan cycle, perform scenarios and make recommendations to senior finance managers.

  • >3 years of experience in financial planning or commercial finance roles

  • Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels

  • Profound understanding of Coca-Cola P&L drivers

  • Proficiency in Coca-Cola reporting tools (e.g. Hyperion).
