Purpose
To prepare meals and serve food and assist in any food preparation duties as instructed by management.
Main Outputs & Responsibilities
Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances.
Qualification & Experience required
JC plus proven track record of food preparation and service
2 year’s relevant experience in an industrial kitchen
Required Competencies, Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of food preparation and food safety and hygiene practices. Medically fit and healthy
