Food Service Assistants (4)
To provide general assistance to the Senior Chef and Cooks with
preparation of meals, housekeeping, and general kitchen operations.
• Form C
• Two (2) years’ experience in a similar role in the formal hospitality
• Cooking processes and equipment
• Raw materials
• Food safety and hygiene practice
• Attention to details
• Problem solving
